Ieva (aka piksel) is producer based in London, UK. Ieva’s musical journey has taken her from studying violin classically both in Lithuania (where she was born) and UK. During high school years, Ieva took influence from London’s electronic underground scene and started making her own music, using everyday sounds, as well as any instruments she could get her hands on. Since her move to electronics, Ieva has collaborated with labels such as Seagrave, Methlab, Outtallectuals and more recently - Modularfield. She also often collaborates with visual artists for her live shows and runs a multimedia collective Syntrex. Her music showcases wonky beats, swarming violin harmonies and futuristic sound design. Piksel performs regularly around London, but also visits sister cities and venues in Europe
